Business Insurance.  In the highly technical world of business insurance, Catalyst Group will provide clients with a free, no obligation insurance risk analysis.  The analysis will cover their existing insurance as well as a report on where their risks are, where they can reduce premiums and where covers should be increased.   Depending on the nature of the business, a product from of a panel of leading insurance companies that best suits the business’ needs, will be selected.  Major insurer partners include Santam, Mutual and Federal, Etana, Zurich and Constantia Insurance.

    In all, Catalyst has agencies with 26 different insurance companies and underwriting managers. This allows us to source the correct product for a broker’s needs.  There are niche products across the board.  Our aim is to be the independent brokers’ one entry into the short-term insurance market.

Broker Management

Catalyst Group assists their broker partners in managing their short-term insurance client base.  Making use of a “tried and tested” software programme does this.  A broker can access their client-base at any stage via the system.  This enables the broker to maintain an up-to-date relationship with their client.  They can at any stage provide information on the cover in place, the premiums and claims progress.

With the increase in regulatory pressures and the introduction of the RE exams, many brokers are considering selling their portfolios.  But there is a solution.  In consultation with our Compliance team, we have developed a new offering whereby you will be able to earn an income from your portfolio without having to be a registered FSP.  This is a brand new offering on our platform.
